Helps cover demolition costs of a blighted structure clearing a property to put back into productive use.
$5,000
Rehabs a home (repairs, fresh paint, etc.) so it’s ready for a new SCLT family to move into.
$1,500
Covers the down payment on a Springfield Community Land Trust home.
$500
Covers the cost of a home inspection for a new buyer.
$100
Pays for the application fee that is required after a buyer is determined to be mortgage ready.

Covers one family with the required HUD-approved education courses needed to become a first-time homebuyer.
